This chainsaw has a 400 mm bar and reaches speeds of up to 21 m/s. Perfect for more heavy-duty sawing projects, like cutting though thicker branches. Even though this sturdy chainsaw tool is equipped with a 37 cc engine, it consumes very little.

The POWEG10243 is equipped with a low kickback system that minimizes the risk of kickback, making it safer to use. Automatic chain lubrication: This chainsaw is equipped with an automatic lubrication system. This system ensures the guide bar and chain are always coated with enough lubricating oil. Automatic lubrication significantly reduces the wear on the chain and ensures proper functioning.

Quick stop: The quick stop on this POWEG10243 is a necessary safety feature that ensures the chain stops immediately when you let go of the on/off switch.

Automatic choke: In case the engine is cold, the automatic switch-off of the choke will ensure the tool starts up anyway. First, you manually close off the air supply with the choke. It will automatically reopen when you start up the tool and you can get to work!

Tips & Tricks:

The chain needs sharpening if:

• you need to apply pressure while sawing
• sawing produces fine sawdust instead of wood chips
• smoke appears
• the saw chain does not pull itself through the wood
• the chainsaw leans towards one direction and the cut isn't straight. This typically means the saw teeth are dull or uneven on one side.
• the chainsaw rattles and jerks while sawing. It's difficult to make a precise first cut.
