This belt sander from our Powerplus line is perfect for renovating, restoring, sanding and deburring wood, metal or any synthetic material.

The machine comes with 3 sanding belts that have grits of G60, G80 and G120, and measure 533 mm x 76 mm.

Its strong points:

Adjustable speed: Whether you want to work at a slower speed for more precision or want to see quick results, you can simply set the speed between 200 m/min and 400 m/min using the speed control to customize this tool to your project’s needs.

Front cover: The hinged front cover flips open, allowing you to sand surfaces right up to edges and corners. This means even those hard-to-reach spots can be given a neat finish.

Sanding belt tension: The tension of the sanding belt can be manually adjusted. This prevents the sanding belt from coming loose while sanding and makes the tool easy to operate.

Dust collection: Dust is gathered in the dust collection bag or you can connect the tool directly with your vacuum cleaner. That way, you can keep your workplace clean, you won’t breathe in any of the dust and you’ll always have a clear view.

Lock-on button: The lock-on button prevents hand fatigue and ensures you don’t have to hold down any buttons, so you can work without interruption.

Tips & Tricks:

• Don’t push down on the sander. It won’t make the sanding go faster. In fact, it might obstruct the sander’s movements. Simply hold the sander to your workpiece and let the sanding paper do the work.
• Place the sander on the surface before turning it on. Finished sanding? Lift it off the surface first, then switch it off. This helps prevent sanding marks.
