What can you do with this jigsaw?

This jigsaw can be used to cut out irregular shapes, but also to create straight or mitred cuts as it’s equipped with an adjustable shoe. You can cut up to 6 mm in steel, 10 mm in plastic and up to 55 mm deep in wood.

The POWC20110 comes with 1 jigsaw blade for wood and one blade for metal. So, you can get to work immediately.

Its strong points:

Adjustable base: The adjustable base can be set at an angle to allow for easy mitred cuts (45° - 90°). This provides a maximum sawing depth of 55 mm at 90° and of 38 mm at 45°.

Vacuum adaptor: You can connect a vacuum cleaner to the tool to catch any dust. That way, you can keep your workplace clean, you won’t breathe in any of the dust and you’ll always have a clear view of your workpiece.

Lightweight: At only 1420 g, it's a real lightweight that allows you to work comfortably, even for longer periods of time.

Lock-on button: The lock-on button prevents hand fatigue and ensures you don’t have to hold down any buttons, so you can work without interruption.

Soft grip: The soft material of the soft grip handle provides added grip and user comfort, so you can work comfortably with this jigsaw even for longer periods of time.

Tips & Tricks:

• Keep the “good” side of your workpiece facing down. Jigsaw blades tend to cut upwards, so the rough part of the cut appears on top. If there’s a side to your workpiece you want to keep clean, that side should be facing downwards.
• Not only is it important to use saw blades with the correct shank (Both T- and U-shaped in this case), the saw blade should also be suitable for cutting through the material you’re working with. The KRT041100 is an organised set of jigsaw blades with a T-shaped shank, that can be used on different materials like wood, ceramics, aluminium, metal and laminate.
